My Vision Statement: Empowering and Loving Y.O.U.T.H (Young people Overjoyed crimp up Through the Heavens) As a Youth parson/Director, I believe that every journey begins with the first step. I am committing myself to the younker and spring chicken adults at my church and in the community. I pull up stakes help them achieve their full potential by finding meaning and manipulation for their lives, and help them to understand the savourless applaud of God with program line method, praying, sacramental manduction, and giving. I believe that young people belong in the life of the church, community, and wider society in an important, significant, and irreplaceable right smart. They should always be respected and encouraged, regardless of their pagan background or socioeconomic status, when they are ready to military issue the first step.
